How We Choose What to Cover
We write about topics that genuinely matter to people cooking wood-fired pizza at home. Article ideas come from common questions in pizza-making communities, problems we’ve seen repeatedly, and gaps in existing information online. We do not accept payment from brands to write about their products.
How We Research Products
When we recommend a product, it’s based on a combination of:
- Hands-on research — reviewing product specifications, materials, and build quality in detail
- Community feedback — drawing on real-world owner reviews and reports from pizza-making forums and communities
- Comparative analysis — comparing similar products across price points to understand where the value lies
